When can I enroll my child?
Enrollment is open year-round, subject to availability. We recommend applying early as spaces fill quickly, especially for the beginning of each term. The school year follows the Zimbabwe Ministry of Education calendar with three terms.
What are your operating hours?
We operate Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Half-day programs end at 12:30 PM. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. Extended hours may be arranged for special circumstances.
Do you provide meals?
Yes! Full-day students receive a nutritious mid-morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack. Our menu is designed by nutrition guidelines and accommodates common dietary restrictions. Parents are informed of the weekly menu in advance.
What is your teacher-to-child ratio?
We maintain low ratios for personalized attention: Toddlers (1:6), ECD A (1:8), and ECD B (1:10). This ensures each child receives individual attention and support throughout the day.
Is there a trial period?
Yes, we offer a one-week trial period for new students. This allows your child to adjust to the new environment and helps us assess which class best suits their developmental stage.
How do you handle discipline?
We use positive discipline methods focused on redirection, natural consequences, and teaching problem-solving skills. Physical punishment is never used. We work closely with parents to maintain consistent behavioral expectations.
